Late in the summer, we had a customer call us on a Saturday morning who had rented an obstacle course with one company, but they had called that day and said they overbooked it so they wouldn’t be able to do it. They were in a panic that they wouldn’t have anything for their party, better yet the obstacle course they really wanted. Luckily, the obstacle course they had rented was one of the only things we had left and could get it out to them that morning. Within an hour and a half we were there setting up their obstacle course.  Ours was also cleaner and much newer, by about 5 years, so they got something even better than they bargained for! They are now repeat customer with Moonwalk Rentals CT!

Another last minute event we had was for someone who was having a get together at their house for another end of the summer party. They had waited to see if it would rain and sure enough, the weather called for some passing showers that day. They were in a panic so they called us Saturday morning hoping we had a tent. We did have a tent for his afternoon party. We sent a truck out to him right before his party started and got his tent ready to go right before the rain came. His guests stayed dry and even though he had some rain, they still had a great time and he didn’t have to cancel his party.

We have a customer who has been renting with Moonwalk Rentals CT for at least four years, since their son was 2 years old. They always rent a different themed bounce house and this year they found out they would be having a little girl who would be born right around the same time as their son. They decided to have a party for both their sons birthday and a baby shower, which in the years to come would be his little sisters birthday party as well. They made a package with the bounce houses, a tent, and some tables and chairs and were more than happy with their package deal. They can’t wait to celebrate their son’s birthday as well as their daughters first birthday next year!
